Felony Charges of Possession With Intent to Distribute Class B Drugs Dismissed
In September of last year drug control officers were conducting an investigation into large sales of MDMA in the south shore area. The officers observed what they believed to be a drug transaction take place in a parking lot known for high volume drug sales. The officers followed a car owned by our client after seeing him transfer a bag to a person in another car. The person in the other car was stopped and found to be in possession of MDMA that she claimed she just purchased from the man the officers saw. This man was stopped, found in possession of rather large quantities of MDMA and charged with possession with intent to distribute a class B substance, a felony in Massachusetts under of G.L. c. 94C section 32A. He hired Attorney Neyman to represent him. Today. All charges were dismissed.
