Drug case charging possession with intent to distribute marijuana to be dismissed against New Hampshire man
Fall River District Court Docket Number: 09-4095. On July 5, 2009 just before 2:00 a.m. Massachusetts State Police were called to the scene of an accident. Upon arrival they observed the defendant’s car on its roof. It was reported that the driver, our client had fallen asleep at the wheel of his car.
