Shoplifting Charges do Not Issue After Clerk Magistrate
In February of this year a young professional went into a local market on a dare and stole goods totaling over one thousand dollars. Our office prevailed on the magistrate today not to issue the criminal complaint. Restitution was made in full to the store.
